The title says it all, but, because I know there might still be some confusion as to what goes here, I will just give you a brief explanation as well as some rules for posting: - Post music that can easily be used in meditation. This means music you personally listen to when you meditate but that is NOT some hit on the radio. No bands like Linkin' Park or Katy Perry --- soothing melodies or old folk music that is used to aid you in spiritual advancement, rejuvenation, etc etc etc.
- After every video post / link, please leave a description under the video to explain what the meditation is used for. If it is for healing, then post that, if it is used to get rid of stress, make it known. It's pretty simple stuff.
I really do not think I need to go into any more detail about what goes in here and what needs to be done. Still, if you have any questions about what needs to go into this section, then feel free to shoot me a PM before you post.

Actual used a sleep-aid as well as used for light meditations based in sleep.
