On the importance and process of Je'daii Study:
Regular and conscientious study will lead you to increasingly greater understanding and knowledge, which can be sources of great satisfaction.
In this way, you will derive all the theoretical and practical advantages which Je'daii philosophy can give to those who show themselves worthy of it.
Besides regularity in your development of the Force, I recommend that you have a notebook reserved for your Je'daii studies. Write in it the principles you want to commit deep in your memory, the comments your researches inspire in you, the questions you ask yourself, and the answers you receive at a given moment in your advancement.
By reviewing your notebook periodically, you will find that your inner understanding of the Force and the great truths of existence has blossomed and you will measure the extent to which your desire to study the teachings of our Order has been justified. If you give it the care and attention required, it will reflect your progress of the Force from this day forward.

I think writing a notebook is very useful indeed- writing thoughts, questions, answers, feelings, discoveries help us figure them out better at the moment, then when we read them again months or years after, we can see how much we have evolved or if we consider those with another perspective- at times they can even become objects for a new reasearch as a all.

I too will agree that keeping a notebook is very useful. But, for me...I use an online blog since a lot of Jedi and Sith Temples like to have their students keep some online record of the things they are learning and observing. A good blog that is often used in the Force Community is Wordpress.com --- I have several blogs with them, one for my "Force Talk" YouTube Channel that is still under development, and then my main blog which followed my journey through IJRS (Institute of Jedi-Realism) and SA (Sith Academy). If you want to take a look just to see how this blog works (I post assignment answers, thoughts and feelings about whatever subject), then I will put a link HERE
