The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer, but they think they have. So they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer.
Nothing is "set in stone", not even stone itself. Everything is subject to change, thus change is the only constant in this level of existence. To use this information for a more practical application; every single day, every moment, is an opportunity for a person to change themselves. The challenge for most is in the understanding that how you "think" you are is what determines what "actions" you take to Become. You alone determine your ultimate worth and no one can take that away from you unless you agree to allow them that power.

I have always found mystery extremely inspiring. One of my favourite Star Wars quotes is "An infinite mystery is the Force (...) The more we learn, the more we discover how much we do not know." Master Yoda "Revenge of the Sith" M.Stover Of course, it is important to seek understanding of things, how they work... we can explain many things, yet there will always be something more to learn, to discover, at each second indeed- I think Mystery makes life fascinating- we can always learn more, improve, explore and there will still be room for improvement, discovery, change...

One thing I learned in Jedi-Realism is that change can be halted (via negative thoughts of "I can't" or "I have always been this way"), but ultimately change can ALWAYS occur if the person wants it. As far as nature and fate goes...I agree that nothing is set in stone, you can plan all you want, but in a moment's notice, that plan will be null. I also agree that people should seek the mystery, because, it is through the mystery that we truly learn. So say that we fully know something has stopped the growth of our minds, of our soul. It is similar to the thoughts that halt change and thus, they are hindering our abilities to become something so much greater than our previous self. Plus, seeking the mystery gives the most adventure But these words are very wise...and I will also agree with Zar. It is something that I would like to meditate on later.
